The secret to enjoying life’s journey lies in reaching your
full potential. Are you ready to set your sights on a new horizon
with someone to guide you along the way?
What is Life Coaching?
A life coach is similar to a sports coach or personal trainer –
motivating, guiding and providing strategies to bring out your best.
Having your own personal mentor makes a powerful alliance, getting
you where you want to go quicker!
Types of Life Coaching:
| |
Corporate
We usually target problem areas in the workplace such low
staff morale, communication issues, poor performance, organizational
skills, delegation and time management. With executives, a
common focus is about creating a balance between work life
and personal life.
Private
We provide one-on-one coaching based on five major areas:
relationships; career; finance; health and personal
development.
Which areas would you like to enhance?

The H.C. Life Coaching Approach
Unlike many other personal development programs, we take a systematic
structured approach to coaching. Your coach will help you develop
your own Life coaching manual. This is an effective tool that details
your values, beliefs, strategies, goals, ideas and plans –
creating empowering positive results. H.C. Life Coaches work with
clients over an eight week period, meeting weekly for a two-hour
coaching session.
The role of your life coach is to help you find:
1. More focus and a clear direction
in life
2. Greater self confidence
3. And understanding of what drives all human behaviour
4. A more positive outlook on life
5. A written plan of your future ie. your own life map
6. Improved productivity and performance
7. An understanding of what you truly value in
Life

Phil worked
in the IT industry for twelve years as a consultant. Those years
honed his skills in problem solving - through programming and conducting
training courses.
While those years in business were enjoyable,
four years ago Phil’s passion for understanding human behaviours
drew him to mentoring activities. Volunteer work with troubled youths
showed him that just liking his IT career was not enough; Phil sought
a new career sharing his skills in personal growth.
While studying psychology at Monash University, Phil developed
a successful chess coaching business for adults and children through
a number of primary schools around Melbourne. Phil found coaching
so rewarding that he began looking into new avenues for its expression.
He was attracted to Life Coaching for its underlying values of
personal development. Its appeal for Phil lay in its focus on clients’
futures, rather than dwelling in analysis of clients’ past
experiences and behaviours.
Phil invested in a Life Coaching franchise, which he further developed
into his own program. His product is now a highly effective framework
that guides his clients towards their maximum potential. He has
received impressive results with a diverse range of clients, including
university students, doctors, dentists, school principles and even
a masseuse in small practice.
Phil has achieved his dream: a transition from corporate life to
being self-employed in a personally meaningful and rewarding arena
working one-on-one with individuals from many walks of life. His
goal now is to help others to define and achieve their goals. For
Phil, assisting his clients in attaining their dreams is his ultimate
reward.
